Refund Policy
At Christopher Butendorff, operated by CleMann, org.nr. 559485-6626, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
We offer returns on all eligible products purchased directly through the Christopher Butendorff website within thirty (30) days of receiving your order.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return and refund:
- The product must be unused.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- All labels, protective stickers and accessories must remain intact.
- The product must be in the same new condition as when received.
Products purchased through the Christopher Butendorff website must be returned to our designated return address. Returns cannot be processed through third-party retailers or resellers.
RETURN SHIPPING
Depending on your country or region, return shipping costs may apply and may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
CleMann is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
PROMOTIONAL AND COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS
Complimentary products, gifts or promotional items received as part of a campaign or special offer are not eligible for separate exchange or refund and must be returned together with the qualifying order if a full refund is requested.
If a return results in the order no longer qualifying for a promotional campaign or discount, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refunds are typically visible within five (5) to ten (10) business days depending on your payment provider and bank.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact Christopher Butendorff customer support as soon as possible and no later than thirty (30) days after delivery.
