Each Elegans is Swiss Made, powered by a Ronda 702 movement, and finished with K1 sapphire-coated glass. The case is available in 36mm and 42mm with a 20mm band width. Every watch is individually numbered and produced in small batches in Switzerland, arriving with a certificate of authenticity and a 24-month international warranty. Every Christopher Butendorff watch is made to order and produced in Switzerland. From the moment your order is confirmed, production takes approximately 9 to 12 months.

That timeline is deliberate. Each watch is handmade, assembled, and quality-checked by Swiss watchmakers, then finished and individually numbered as part of a limited edition. We produce in small batches rather than at scale — the process is closer to commissioning a piece than buying one off a shelf.
